Cheddar Bread Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices day-old white bread
    2 Tbsp. butter or regular margarine
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Make four sandwiches from bread and butter.
    Cut into quarters or cubes.
    Place two of the cut sandwiches in the bottom of a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat, using remaining bread and cheese.
