Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. grits (quick not instant)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 stick oleo
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cook water, grits and salt for 5 minutes.
    Grate cheese and add grits.
    Also, add oleo or margarine.
    Beat eggs and add to the other mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
