Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 onions, diced
3 eggs
1 c. cooked rice
salt and pepper and sage to taste
1/2 c. ketchup
1 qt. tomatoes
1 cabbage
Preparation
-
Mix well everything except tomatoes.
Parboil cabbage head. Loosen and separate leaves.
Roll mixture in each leaf.
Put in large pan and top with tomatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 or 375\u00b0 or cook on stove top low heat for 45 minutes or until done.
