Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 pinch milk, scald and cool
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
flour (to make batter like thick pancake batter)
Preparation

Mix together with mixer.
Set and let rise until double in bulk.
Then add flour to make soft dough.
Mix and put into greased bowl to chill in refrigerator.
Will keep up to a week.
