Chicken Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, boned and cut into nugget size pieces
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs (Progresso)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. grated Muenster cheese
    3/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Dip chicken in beaten eggs and crumbs.
    Saute in butter.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put mushrooms on top.
    Cover with broth. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8. Serve with rice and a vegetable.
    Can be reheated.
