Chicken Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and halved
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. almonds, sliced
    1/4 c. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 to 1/3 c. white wine
Preparation
    On wax paper or plate, mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat chicken, brown in oil.
    Squeeze lemon juice on each side; pour a little wine on each side and add almonds and mushrooms.
    Cover and simmer until done, 20 to 30 minutes.
