Fresh Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh corn (cream-style)
    1 egg, separated
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Combine corn, egg yolk, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
    Pour into buttered, shallow 1-quart baking dish and top with remaining margarine. Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
