Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf white bread
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Take crust of bread and roll flat.
    Mix egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese.
    Melt butter.
    Mix 1 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Spread cheese mixture on bread and roll up.
    Dip in butter; roll in cinnamon-sugar.
    Freeze flat on flat surface. Then bag.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Make ahead.
    Great for brunch.
