Plum Fun Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 small or 1 large strained baby food plums
1 tsp. red food coloring
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves and cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
lemon juice

Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, salt, cloves and cinnamon.
Add to first 6 ingredients (mixed together) and add nuts.
Grease and flour a tube cake pan; pour mixture in and place in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Glaze with powdered sugar and lemon juice to make it spread evenly.
