Lillian'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 large potatoes, sliced
4 large carrots, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cut in 2-inch strips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix potatoes and carrots, then the following ingredients, rotating vegetables, bacon and flour in a 4 1/2-quart casserole. Salt and pepper each layer of vegetables.
Last, add milk over top layer of bacon (about 1/2 up casserole).
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours.
