Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
5 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring 1 stick margarine, cooking oil, water and cocoa to a boil in pan.
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
Add all the hot mixture to flour and stir well.
Add eggs and mix.
Add buttermilk and vanilla and mix.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
