Whipping Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. whipping cream
    Melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Combine the flour and whipping cream.
    Mix well. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Knead gently about 6 times. Roll out and cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Dip each biscuit in melted butter.
    Place on cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 10 biscuits.
