Baked Acorn Squash With Crisp Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large acorn squash
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 lb. halved, thinly sliced onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    With a large knife quarter squash lengthwise.
    Scoop out seeds.
    Halve squash again lengthwise. Place skin side down in jelly roll pan.
