Ingredients

25 jalapeno peppers
1 qt. white vinegar
1/3 c. allspice
2/3 c. Crisco olive oil
2 c. sugar
2 cloves garlic
Preparation

Heat 1/2 of the vinegar but don't bring to a boil.
Add sugar and dissolve.
Add peppers.
Add allspice and garlic.
Put in rest of vinegar.
Cook 10 minutes.
Pour in jars and seal.
