Pumpkin Pie(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients (except shell) in order given.
    Beat until well blended.
    Pour mixture into pie shell. Microwave, uncovered, 4 minutes, until edges begin to set.
    With a spoon, carefully pull the cooked portions to center of dish. Microwave, uncovered, an additional 6 to 8 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Turn pie plate one-half turn after 3 minutes and again pull cooked portion to center.
    Pie is done when knife inserted is clean.
    Cool.
    Makes one 9-inch pie.
