"Paska" - Ukrainian Easter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 egg yolks
    3 c. sugar
    8 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. butter
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    5 egg whites
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, vanilla and sugar well.
    Pour in scalded milk and mix until thick.
    When cooled off slightly, add flour, yeast and salt.
    Mix 1/2 hour.
    Add melted butter, beaten egg whites and raisins; mix until bubbles appear and the dough stops clinging.
