Samoset'S Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce, washed, hand broken and dried
    1 clove garlic (leave in)
    2 anchovy fillets
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 fresh lemon
    2 oz. olive oil
    1 egg, coddled
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. croutons
    fresh pepper
    Dijon mustard to taste
Preparation
    Break up garlic and rub in bowl.
    Paste anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and lemon juice.
    Add just egg yolk; mix.
    Add mustard; mix again.
    Add olive oil; blend at the same time.
    Add romaine; toss.
    Add croutons and Parmesan cheese; toss again.
    Add fresh pepper to taste.
