Snowball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. orange juice
pinch of salt
1 angel food cake, baked
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix jello with water, juice, sugar and salt until dissolved. Let set in refrigerator until shivery.
Mix with 1 cup Cool Whip. Break cake into pieces and alternate cake with jello mixture. Pour into mold or dish.
Let set overnight.
Unmold or leave in dish.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle coconut over top, if desired.
(Large Tupperware mold is perfect.)
