Noodles And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. medium-wide egg noodles
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, finely ground
    6 oz. Feta cheese, freshly grated
    1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
    salt
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Return to pot and toss gently, but thoroughly, with 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine.
    Place eggs in mixing bowl; beat slightly.
    Add cheeses and salt, if desired, and blend well.
    Divide into 2 equal parts.
    Mix parsley into 1 part.
