Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
7 eggs
2 large lemons
1 tsp. grated rind (optional)
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add sugar.
Add eggs.
Beat only until mixed. Add juice from lemons and then rind.
Pour into frozen 2 pie shells.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes.
