Vegetable Sandwich Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peeled cucumber
    1 green pepper
    1 fresh tomato, don't peel
    1 carrot (can chop in food chopper)
    1 small onion
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    3 Tbsp. hot water
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Chop all fine (do not blend in blender).
    Stir the mayonnaise with the vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Soften the unflavored gelatin in the hot water.
    Stir in the gelatin mixture, stirring as you pour.
    Let set up in refrigerator for 24 hours or overnight.
    Spreads 3 loaves of bread or use on crackers. Cut off crusts.
    Makes great tea sandwiches or snacks.
