Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken or celery soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) soup can milk
    1 c. raw converted rice (like Uncle Ben's)
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up or 6 (4 oz.) breast halves
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. onion soup mix (1 1/2 oz.)
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine soups, rice and milk in casserole; place chicken pieces on top.
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves six.
