Fat Free Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. nonfat margarine
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters equals 2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 to 1 c. sour cream, nonfat
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix nonfat margarine, Egg Beaters and sugar together.
    Add bananas and sour cream, blend well.
    Then add flour gradually, baking soda and vanilla.
    Stir.
    Bake in a slightly greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
