Mexican Cornbread #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 can creamed corn
    1 small can green chili peppers, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sour cream, chili peppers and onion. Mix dry ingredients. Combine the mixtures. Grease and heat skillet in 350\u00b0 oven. Pour 1/2 mixture into skillet. Add shredded cheese. Add remaining mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
