Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sweet baking chocolate
    1 1/2 tsp. water
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 c. unsifted confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat chocolate with water in small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until melted and mixture is smooth.
    Remove from heat; cool until lukewarm.
    Add cream cheese; beat until mixture is well blended.
    Gradually stir in sugar; add salt and vanilla.
    Let stand a few minutes until frosting is of the right consistency for spreading.
    Makes 1 cup or enough for tops of two 8 or 9-inch layers or tops of 20 cupcakes.
