Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. quick corn bread mix (Jiffy)
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine melted oleo, onion, salt, cheese, broccoli and beaten eggs; blend.
    Stir in muffin mix.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into serving size squares.
    Yields 18 servings.
