Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onion, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. celery, cut fine
    1/2 bell pepper, cut fine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and bell pepper.
    Season beef with salt and pepper.
    Add sauteed onion, celery and bell pepper.
    Beat eggs with a fork, briskly, and put in meat mixture.
    Add the Bull's-Eye barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and milk.
    Make 2 pones of meat loaf; dredge in flour.
    Place in greased loaf pan and bake 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 8.
