Aline'S Hot Tomato Ketchup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 qt. ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. red peppers (hot)
4 tsp. salt
3 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Cook mixture of vinegar, sugar and cinnamon and add to rest of mixture.
Cook until it thickens, keeping it stirred.
Makes 7 pints.
This is very good on chitterlings.
