Spicy Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

9-inch pie shell
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine butter, pumpkin, ginger, cloves, mace and cinnamon. Beat eggs until frothy; add flour, both sugars, salt and milk; mix gently.
Mix egg mixture and pumpkin mixture with a gentle hand. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 375\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes longer or until knife tip inserted in center comes out clean.
