Pheasant Aloha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pheasants, cut up
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Place pheasant pieces in slow cooker.
    Combine soy sauce, ginger, salt, onion, orange and pineapple juice.
    Pour over pheasant.
    Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
    Remove meat and set aside.
