Chicken A La Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, cooked and cut up (bite size)
    1/2 to 1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 c. dry white wine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add oregano and chicken; cook until chicken is browned.
    Add wine, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 1 hour or until wine is reduced 1/4 cup.
    Serve with rice or pasta.
