Deviled Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sized baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. sour cream
    4 thin slices Cheddar cheese
    chopped fresh chives or parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Scrub the potatoes and pierce with a fork.
    Place on a piece of paper toweling in the microwave oven or on a microsafe plate. Microwave on High power for about 12 minutes, until the potatoes yield to gentle pressure.
    Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
    Cut a thin lid off the top of each potato.
    With a melon baller, scoop out the flesh, leaving a 1/4-inch shell inside the potato skin.
