Pea And Mushroom Casserole(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. finely diced onion
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. hot cooked rice
2 1/2 c. or 2 cans peas
Preparation
-
Cook peas until bright green and season with seasoned salt. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender.
Add rice and mix.
Place in casserole dish.
Cover mixture with the peas.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
