Al'S Easy Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    6 c. bread flour
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients by hand in a large bowl.
    Add wet, except for 1 cup water.
    Dissolve yeast in water; add to mix.
    Pour 1/4 cup vegetable oil over bread and turn bread at once.
    Cover dough with a cloth.
    Let sit in warm place, 8 to 12 hours.
    Punch bread down with fist three times.
    Divide into three parts and knead each part 10 to 12 times.
    Put each into greased loaf pan. Cover with a cloth and let sit for 8 to 12 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes on lowest rack in oven.
