Sunset Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated raw carrot
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
When thoroughly dissolved, add pineapple juice, salt, pineapple and carrot.
Pour into a jello mold pan.
When set, serve on a platter covered with lettuce.
Serves 8.
