Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
1/2 c. chopped celery or 1/2 c. water chestnuts
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Drain vegetables well.
Add celery, onions, mayonnaise and soup.
Mix well.
Pour melted margarine over crushed crackers and place over top of mixture that has been poured into buttered casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
