My Mom'S Zuppa(Hearty Vegetable Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes
2 large onions
olive oil, salt and pepper
3 cans red kidney beans
3 to 4 stalks celery, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 head cabbage (preferably savoy)
3 carrots, sliced
1 small can tomatoes
2 Tbsp. drippings
Preparation

Put all ingredients (raw) in large kettle, except kidney beans. Take 1 1/2 cans kidney beans and puree in food processor. Add remaining beans whole.
Add drippings.
Cook until all veggies are cooked to your taste.
