Aunt Dee'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 eggs
    1 c. scalded milk
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Scald milk; add shortening and melt.
    Let cool.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar over yeast mixture.
    Beat eggs and add to milk.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Add this to yeast mixture.
    Blend in flour.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch down and shape.
    Let rise until double again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 pans of rolls anyway you want.
