Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sliced yellow squash
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 1/2 c. bread crumbs, tossed together with 1 stick melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except small amount of cheese and bread crumbs.
    Pour in greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with the extra cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
