Chicken And Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked and diced chicken meat
1 c. cooked wild rice (Rice-A-Roni long grain)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar (wine or flavored-good)
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
1/2 c. water chestnuts (optional)
1/2 c. artichoke hearts (optional)
1/4 c. onion, finely diced (optional)
avocado or croutons (garnish)
Preparation

Toss chopped, cooked chicken with the cooked wild rice.
Add any of the optional ingredients, then mix in the mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar.
Chill.
