1/4 c. peanut butter or chocolate chips
1/2 c. dried banana or apple chips
1/4 c. shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. air-popped popcorn
2/3 c. low salt/low sugar granola cereal
1/3 c. dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
