Apple Cider Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter, cut into chunks
    3/4 c. apple cider
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients; add butter with pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs.
    Stir in cider just until soft dough forms that leaves the side of the bowl. Knead into a ball and pat out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut biscuits with 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Place biscuits 1 inch apart on cookie sheet (ungreased); sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Pierce top with fork.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Makes 8.
