Round Steak Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak or veal
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, minced
    1 c. tomato paste
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    10 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut
    meat
    into
    serving
    pieces;
    salt
    and\tpepper. Combine Parmesan
    cheese
    and bread crumbs.
    Dip meat into egg and then
    coat with cheese mixture.
    Heat oil in a skillet and fry meat
    pieces
    until
    brown.
    In
    another pan, fry onion in butter until soft; add remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese. Boil
    a
    few
    minutes.
    In a casserole, layer half of sauce with meat, then add all the Mozzarella cheese.
    Top with rest of
    sauce and
    bake,
    uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
