Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. chopped bananas
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil and vanilla.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Beat about 2 minutes.
    Fold in bananas, pineapple and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Cool and then frost.
