Salsa Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. red peppers, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in large cooking pan and simmer several hours until thick.
Pour into sterilized pint jars and seal.
