Judy Mundy'S Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. margarine
parsley, chopped (optional)
cauliflower

Preparation

In a small saucepan mix cornstarch, brown sugar, nutmeg, orange juice, margarine and parsley.
Cook until thick and pour over cooked cauliflower.
