Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Combine ingredients with hands.
    Shape into small balls (pecan size).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from pan onto paper towels until cool.
    Makes approximately 100.
