Hamburger Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    6 tsp. liquid smoke
    5 rounded tsp. tender quick salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. crushed peppercorns
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. regular salt
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Use your hands & work spices in really well.
    Shape into 5 rolls & wrap in foil.
    Bake in pan with sides on it because this loses grease while it's baking.\tBake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
