Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/3 c. dates, pitted and chopped
    dressing
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in water with a pinch of salt until just tender.
    Drain and remove to a bowl.
    Toss with lemon juice.
    Add pecans, celery and dates.
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, orange peel, orange juice, honey, ginger, salt and nutmeg.
    Pour dressing over warm potato mixture, stirring to coat well.
    Cover and chill before serving.
