Roast Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
2 c. cooked roast beef, finely chopped
    2 1/2 c. cooked potatoes, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. beef bouillon, beef gravy or milk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Make hash.
In medium bowl, toss roast beef with potatoes, green pepper, onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and bouillon until well combined.
Slowly heat butter in a heavy 10-inch skillet.
    Spread hash in skillet.
Cook over medium heat, about 10 minutes or until hash is heated through and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Turn hash over occasionally with pancake turner, scraping bottom of skillet to remove brown bits, then spread evenly.
Reduce heat, cook uncovered, without stirring, about 40 minutes or until hash is very brown and crusty on the underside. Occasionally lift edge of hash with turner to test for brownness.
